David Fagan

Gov. Eric J. Holcomb appointed David Fagan to the Ports of Indiana Commission in February 2020. Mr. Fagan is the Financial Secretary of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150. David joined the union’s staff in 1989, and has served in his current role since 2005. Apart from work, David has served his community and State on the Portage City Council, the Indiana Law Enforcement Training Board, and the Ports of Indiana Commission. David and his wife are active in their community and have been foster parents for many years. They live in Portage with their son, Ryan.
