Ports of Indiana is issuing this bid package for the resurfacing of Loop Road at the Jeffersonville port located in Clark County, Indiana. Specifications and requirements can be found in the Bid Packet.

Bids must include all items as specified by the contract plans and specifications and be emailed to bids@portsofindiana.com or delivered to the Port Office by 11 a.m. (ET) May 16, 2025 at 1402 Port Road, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.

For all plans and specifications: Email asedam@portsofindiana.com to request a Bid Packet. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required. POI intends to award the contract to the lowest and best bid.

Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting/site inspection will take place on May 8, 2025, at 2 p.m. (ET). Bidders should meet at the Port Office, 1402 Port Road, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.
