Construction of Aggregate Laydown Yard

PORTS OF INDIANA – JEFFERSONVILLE

BID NUMBER JF-2023-C2 – DEADLINE: DEC. 6, 2023

Ports of Indiana is seeking bids to construct a 1.2-acre aggregate laydown yard for the storage of steel coils at the Jeffersonville port. This project is part of the FY 2020 America’s Marine Highway Grant awarded by MARAD, grant No. 693JF72040047. Specifications and requirements can be found in the Bid Documents which are available by email request to Angela Sedam (click here). A bond in the amount of five percent of the bid is required and Ports of Indiana intends to award the project to the lowest and best bid.

MANDATORY MEETING: To be eligible to bid, contractors must be prequalified and attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting, 10:30 a.m. (Eastern), Nov. 16, 2023, at Ports of Indiana-Jeffersonville, 1402 Port Road, Jeffersonville, IN 47130.

SUBMISSIONS: Bids are due 11 a.m. (Eastern), Dec. 6, 2023. Late bids will not be evaluated. Bids must be submitted electronically to bids@portsofindiana.com.
