PORTS OF INDIANA-JEFFERSONVILLE

Ports of Indiana (“POI”), 150 West Market St, Suite 450, Indianapolis, IN 46204, is publicly posting, on November 2, 2023, that it plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of its intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Ports of Indiana-Jeffersonville laydown yard, located at 5146 Loop Road, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.
