PUBLIC NOTICE FOR PORTS OF INDIANA-BURNS HARBOR

The Ports of Indiana (150 West Market St, Suite 450, Indianapolis, IN 46204) is publicly posting on June 7, 2023 that it plans on submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with FASTLANE Grant Enhanced Intermodal Facilities Project at the Port of Indiana – Burns Harbor Facility located at 6625 South Boundary Road, Portage, Indiana. Run-off from the project site will discharge to Lake Michigan.
