Notice is hereby given that the sealed quantitative (price) proposals previously received on July 27, 2020, for Design Build Services, Railroad Structure, Segment B (TIGER Grant Award ID #DTMA91G1600003A; Contract JF-1809-C2) at the Port of Indiana – Jeffersonville will be publicly opened and read into the record in the main conference room at the offices of the Ports of Indiana, 150 West Market Street, Suite 450, Indianapolis, Indiana, at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time on Monday, August 17, 2020.

Please note, that the meeting is a public meeting to be conducted in accordance with Indiana’s Public Access Law (Ind. Code 5-14-1.5). Due to the on-going public health emergency declaration mostly recently renewed by the Governor of the State of Indiana in Executive Order 20-38, this public meeting will be conducted virtually as permitted under Executive Order 20-03.
